Graduate of Ke Kino 2023. LMT 139596. After years of working in telecom networks, hunched over a laptop, my battle with chronic back and shoulder pain lead me to massage therapy. The therapy was life changing. I felt like a new person: I have a lot more energy, I breath significantly better, and most importantly, I don’t experience aching pain anymore. Amazed at the healing effects, I explored human anatomy, kinesiology, and massage therapy. After a year of studying and practicing, I am a proud licensed massage therapist. My specialties: Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and a personalized approach informed by understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
