Wendy offers her clents a unique approach to healthcare through bodywork and mindfulness practices. Wendy's massage is more than just getting your knots rubbed out. It's a BodyMindSoul experience that helps you truly relax, breathe deeper, and move easier. In addition to helping you let go on the table, Wendy enjoys sharing new perspectives and teaching healthy habits you can use between sessions. Her at-home self-care tools and mindfulness programs help you to focus on what is most important to you while moving torward improving your quality of life, that emapacts your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Wendy’s training began at Myotherapy College of Utah in January of 2000 and continues to expand her knowledge and gathering techniques so that she can offer the highest quality of care.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, hiking, gardening and going to concerts with her two children and husband.
