I’m Kay, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Stretch Facilitator, and creator of a movement-based mobility program. I specialize Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (NMT)—a clinical approach to pain relief and movement restoration. My goal is to restore balance, improve mobility, and enhance joint control so you can perform at your highest potential.

 

My work focuses on treating:

• Chronic & acute pain
• Soft tissue dysfunctions (limited mobility, joint restrictions)
• Nerve-related conditions (sciatica, carpal tunnel, etc.)

 

NMT is a targeted, evidence-based therapy—not a relaxation massage. Through precise assessments and hands-on techniques, I work to correct muscular imbalances, release adhesions, and restore joint function for pain-free, optimal movement.

 

As a Certified Stretch Facilitator, I integrate stretching to enhance flexibility, reduce tension, and support long-term mobility. I am also the founder of Freedom to Move Pain-Free, a structured mobility and movement program designed to maintain progress, build resilience, and eliminate movement limitations.
