My desire is to serve every person who walks through my door with respect, honor, safety and extreme care. My intention is to offer a space to find peace, decompress and let go of the stress, worries and chaos that life can bring, ease muscle aches and pains/ailments, create better function between the nervous system and muscles, as well as, calm the mind. I am continuously learning so I can better serve my clients for their unique needs.

My style of massage is good for those suffering chronic stress/anxiety, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, prenatal aches and pain, TMJ, MS, poor quality sleep, elderly/hospice patients, cancer pain, children and anyone who prefer a light to moderate touch. I do at times incorporate stretching into sessions depending on the presented condition. Great for those working at desk jobs.
