I have always had a calling for helping others.  I truly believe I can help you heal yourself.  I started on my journey in 2013.  I needed to heal myself.  I began learning about nutrition and movement and energy healing, like Quantum Touch.  I wanted to know more and that is why I went to school to be a certified Health Coach.  While doing that I was introduced to The Emotion Code.  I had several sessions and was amazed by it, so I learned and became certified in that.  I always wanted to become a massage therapist, I love massages!!!  I found a school and the rest is history.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist – I believe massage is an important part of self-care and health maintenance.  My intent for every client is to provide the best care for their needs, whether it be relaxation, reducing muscle tension or relief from chronic pain.  Massage can increase your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being.  I specialize in – Swedish, Deep Tissue, Movement Therapy, Medical Swedish for Low Back, Hips and Legs, Table Thai massage and Trigger Points. 

I am also a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner – This service can be done over the phone or in person.  I can connect with you either way.  A little summary about the Emotion Code - It is an energy healing technique that helps us to identify and release trapped emotions – Trapped Emotions are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.  They can cause anxiety, depression and block us from love and happiness and can even make us feel disconnected from others.  Trapped Emotions can also influence physical tissues, because trapped emotions are made of energy, just like our bodies, this can cause acute pain and even cancer.  Releasing these emotions can help the body heal, making physical and emotional issues often disappear or become more manageable.
