Holistic Massage Therapy may integrate techniques from Trager, Polarity, Shiatsu, and Chakra Healing with Swedish Massage for an individualized session to facilitate relaxation and healing.  It can be recieved traditionally on a table, or fully clothed in a hammock.  

Usui Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that channels Qi, or life force energy, through the body and chakra system using hand placement.  It mayu use breathwork, visualization and affirmations to tailor sessions for the greatest benefit.  it may be provided hands on or hands over.  It is received fully clothes on a table.  Distance healing session are available.
