About
Chandler has been a student of the healing arts since 1995, with deep training and decades of practice in Shiatsu, Craniosacral Therapy, and Qigong. He has worked extensively in hospital and clinical settings, with an emphasis on acute and chronic stress, pain, and medical trauma. He is the father of four, and since 2005 has also specialized in perinatal and pediatric care. Since 2018 he has been on staff at Fertile Ground Women's Health and Fertility Center, accompanying families on their journey of conception and beyond. Chandler has also had the great privilege of working with many elders, combat veterans, and hopsice patients
Somatic Tissue Memory Resolution (STMR) is Chandler's proprietary method for gently and safely releasing trauma from the body, synthesized from his decades of work with numerous modalities from both East and West. STMR can be delivered in person or virtually.
Virtual STMR may help to:

-Identify areas of physical tension and associated beliefs or feelings

Virtual STMR--What to expect:
Sessions are conducted over Zoom or other secure video platform. Either audio only or audio/video is fine, depending on your preference. You should be in a quiet, private space with minimal distractions. Each session begins with a short interview to understand your background, current concerns, and progress. Once we're ready to begin, you'll be guided into a state of relaxation, where we will explore your sense of safety vs threat, the somatic reality of your thoughts and fears, and other aspects of your sublte experience. Gradually, we will discover how your challenging beliefs and struggles are anchored in your body, and gently work to release them using simple breathwork, subtle awareness, and guided imagery. During this process you may experience deep relaxation, subtle body sensations like warmth, tingling, vibration, or fatigue, familiar or unfamiliar emotions, forgotten memories, or other somatic sensations.
