Welcome! I’m Sally Spurgeon, founder of Thérapie Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork and developer of The Spurgeon Method®.

At Thérapie, our experienced therapists provide compassionate, evidence-informed massage and bodywork for relaxation, wellness, pain relief and post-surgical recovery. We specialize in care following mastectomy, lumpectomy, breast reconstruction, augmentation, reduction, explant and liposuction procedures.

Our specialized services include The Spurgeon Method®, post-mastectomy massage, manual lymphatic drainage, scar tissue mobilization and therapeutic bodywork designed to help reduce discomfort and swelling, improve mobility and support recovery.

We also offer a wide range of massage and wellness services for clients of different ages, lifestyles and activity levels. Whether you are recovering from surgery, managing physical discomfort or simply need time to relax and restore, we will tailor your session to your individual needs.
