Teri Nofer, LMT, PTA, BSEd began her career in rehabilitation as a Physical Therapist Assistant, where she developed a strong foundation in functional movement and clinical care. She later transitioned into therapeutic massage, guided by a deeper vision of supporting the whole person through integrative, hands-on work.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Teri weaves together advanced bodywork techniques to restore postural balance, enhance functional movement, and cultivate ease in breathing—addressing both pain patterns and the cumulative effects of stress.
