Hi! I'm Tamara Grable, a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001. I have trained in many modalities and landed on my feet to train in Ashiatsu (Barefoot Massage Therapy). I am a Certified Ashiatsu Practitioner and hold myself to the highest standards and continue expanding on my knowledge through workshops to keep my practice fresh.

Every massage is a blend of what I have learned and catered to each person based on what they need at that time. My desired goal is to create a space for relaxation and healing to maintain balance within the body and mind. This is how I leave my footprint!
