• I have worked in varied positions such as a pharmacy technician, chiropractic assistant, lab scientist, and diet aide.

Fun Fact: Herbal medicine and massage therapy are historically entwined, evolving with humans over thousands of years! I truly believe that plants and nature have a strong connection to human health. I personally utilize plant medicine in the form of intentional ingredients, tea, probiotic drinks, tinctures and infused oil and vinegar!
