My name is Stephanie S. Soleau; my passion for sharing the healing benefits of massage therapy, physical fitness, nutrition and yoga are derived from my own personal experiences. Passionately, I strive to obtain and share knowledge of the human body, how to heal, and how to thrive! 

As a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga teacher, personal trainer and occupational safety & health professional, the primary focus of my practice is to provide relief from discomfort caused by structural imbalances, myofascial restriction, illness, injury, TMJD and stress, as well as provide self-care tools to assist individuals in achieving overall improved well-being.

Following several years of professional fitness instruction and the completion of my Master's Degree in Kinesiology, I pursued certification and licensure as a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist.   In additon to my nationally recognized massage therapy license,  I am a Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist ( MLDT) and have speciality training/certification in the treatment of TMJ with IntraOral Massage Techniques, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Children's Yoga. My current plans are to pursue advanced training in OSHA field safety regulations and myofascial techniques.
