Brenna Bingham

My name is Brenna Bingham.  I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist in Utah.  In 2020 I graduated the Holistic Healing program at Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City and previously graduated Avalon Cosmetology School in Layton.  I hold active licenses in both fields.
I am currently only offering mobile massage services with plans to expand into additional in-studio services once my studio space is complete.

My work as a massage therapist began from a personal place.  I was drawn to massage therapy while searching for ways to support my husband, who has lived with chronic pain for many years, related to his military service.  He is a medically retired Green Beret.  While on this journey, I've been able to support his healing while deepening my understanding of the body and effective pain-relief modalities.

I have discovered a deep connection to the healing arts and feel grateful for the opportunity to share them with others.

When I work with an individual my focus is on listening, observation, and collaboration.  I take time to understand individual concerns, observe how the body holds stress or pain, and work collaboratively toward relief and balance.  I welcome open communication during sessions and believe we are active participants in our own healing.

We live in our bodies and are the best guides to let others know what is going on with them.  Yet many people feel disconnected from their bodies or feel unsure where pain originates.  As a massage therapist, I can help bridge that gap - supporting people in reconnecting with their bodies and cultivating greater awareness of their physical and energetic selves.

As we help others to heal, we also heal.  We are meant to work together to find peace and joy in this life.

At the heart of my work is a love for connection and a sincere desire to help people feel more at home in themselves - more aligned with who they truly are.

I am currently only offering mobile massage.  The fee for travel and set up is included in the listed price.  The travel fee covers a 20 mile radius (round trip), Syracuse being the starting point.  If you are further than that 20 mile radius additional cost will be calculated at a rate of  $5 / 20 miles. 
*A discount will be offered for booking more than one service in the same location on the same day if the times are concurrent.

Please be aware that a somewhat quiet, private, and clean space big enough for my massage table and room to maneuver around it will be required.  If I need to carry the massage table up or down more than one level (typical flight of stairs) there will be an additional fee.

I like to arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up and it takes me about 10 minutes after to clean up.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration please plan accordingly and be on time.
