My goal is to listen, observe and affect change in the body.  When your muscles are guarding due to pain, you continue in the same movement patterns which keep your body in a vicious pain cycle.  In order to break that, we need to find the source of pain, remove the restrictions and retrain that movement pattern so the brain feels safe. Fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds all muscle fibers, muscle bundles, bones, organs and more, holds us in and out of alignment, and may even be the source of pain. Repetitive movements cause fascia to solidify those postural  patterns and keep you "locked." I want to help you get out of pain and encourage new movement patterns so you can move more freely in your body.
