My Journey to Healing

My belief in the transformative power of human touch comes from personal experience. After working for 20 years at Trader Joe's, I developed chronic tendonitis and a serious neck and shoulder injury. During my recovery, I experienced firsthand the benefits of integrative medicine. The combination of acupuncture, chiropractic care, physical therapy, and massage therapy not only healed my body but also inspired my life's calling.

In 2015, I turned that passion into a career by enrolling at the Pacific College of Health and Science in San Diego. There, I completed the intensive 1,000-hour Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) program, where I studied advanced anatomy, pathology, and foundational modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage.

Clinical Expertise and Specializations

Before opening my private practice on August 1st, 2026, I spent over a decade refining my techniques in diverse clinical settings. My experience includes:

• Collaborative Chiropractic Care: Working alongside chiropractors to deliver targeted, corrective therapies such as Active Release Technique (ART) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching.
• Integrative Medical Clinics: Assisting in a medical acupuncture clinic at San Diego Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, where Eastern and Western wellness philosophies are blended.
• Mobile Wellness: Providing customized, high-end mobile massage therapy throughout the San Diego community.

Today, my practice has evolved to focus on specialized, deeply restorative holistic therapies. I specialize in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Therapeutic Cupping, and Chi Nei Tsang (Taoist Abdominal Massage). By integrating these advanced modalities, I help clients reduce inflammation, support detoxification, and release deep-seated physical and emotional tension.
