I have an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree from the Colorado School of Healing Arts with training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Polarity, Hydrostone, Applied Kinesiology, Energy Healing, and Trauma Touch Therapy.

My integrative massage weaves together the soothing flow of Swedish and relaxation techniques with the light, rhythmic touch of lymphatic work to encourage your body’s natural balance and ease. Cranial techniques help quiet the nervous system, soften tension held deep within, and create space for clarity and calm.

Energy-based approaches bring an added layer of grounding and emotional support, helping you feel more settled, balanced, and connected to yourself. To complete your session, I offer aromatherapy tailored to your mood and intentions — soft, nurturing scents to deepen relaxation and support your well-being.

Holistic Reflexology Session

A deeply nurturing session that blends traditional reflexology with gentle, integrative healing techniques.

This service focuses on the feet which is an area rich with reflex points that correspond to the entire body. By using intentional pressure, rhythmic movements, and restorative stillness, the session encourages balance throughout your nervous system, lymphatic system, and energetic pathways.

This session is slow, intentional, and supportive. Your body sets the pace as you settle into a restful state where your breath softens, your mind unwinds, and your inner systems begin to recalibrate. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional reset, or gentle support for overall wellness, this offering invites your whole being to reconnect, release, and restore.

Energy Healing Sessions (remote while you rest)

Looking for a session that supports both your body and your energy? I offer personalize energy-work sessions designed to release tension, restore balance, and support emotional well-being.

Every session includes:
 

A pre-session text check-in to learn what you want to focus on physically, emotionally, or energetically.
 A customized distance treatment blending therapeutic massage and intuitive energy work.
A follow-up call 48 hours later to check in, offer aftercare guidance, and answer any questions.

MEDICALLY FRAIL AND HOSPICE (At your home or hospital/facility)

Hospice & Medically Frail Support Session

A gentle, heart-centered session designed to bring comfort, ease, and presence to individuals navigating fragile health, serious illness, or end-of-life care.

This offering is fully adapted to meet each person exactly where they are—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Using nurturing touch, slow rhythmic techniques, and mindful stillness, the session supports relaxation, reduces discomfort, and offers a moment of peace in the midst of medical routines and life transitions.

This service is not about fixing—it's about being with. It’s about creating a pocket of serenity during a tender chapter of life. Each session is performed bedside, in a chair, or however the client is most comfortable, with adaptations for mobility, medical equipment, or changing conditions. The intention is to offer comfort, presence, and compassionate support for both the client and their loved ones.
