Selena’s Massage LLC's philosophy is that massage is not a luxury. Every body, no matter its shape or condition, can experience benefits from incorporating massage into their health regimen. The goal of each massage is to bring the body to homeostasis, its most relaxed and neutral state. Everyone is unique and each massage is unique addressing the body as it is that day.
