What does Selah Suite mean? Selah is the Hebrew expression to sit or ponder (meditate). Suite is the dwelling within a compositional set. Together they provide ultimate healing and joy that we all desire. Hence our slogan, "prayer + massage for ladies." It's our joy to help you get ahead of your pain, not maintain your pain. Whether you've suffered major trauma regardless of the type, have had joint replacements or are enduring stressful times, we would like to meet you at whatever stage you are in your journey.

Women's wellness is our passion in helping you get ahead of your issues instead of keeping them. Through quality conversation and assessments we are able to provide therapeutic massage services backed by experience and expertise. Many massage modalities are incorporated into our treatments. All techniques are derived from the following modalities and therapies:

Selah Sessions (formerly Yomassage)
Healing Touch
Massage Cupping
Essential Oil Therapy
Myofascial Release
Orthobionomy
Hot Stone Massage
Positional Release
Stretch Therapy
Prenatal/Pregnancy/Postnatal Therapy
Deep Tissue
Trigger Point therapy
Orthopedic Massage
Medical Massage
Swedish Massage

At Selah Suite, we will use techniques that work best for each individual considering everyone responds differently to massage. Through proper communication between the client and therapist, we are able to formulate a massage using specific techniques designed with the clients needs in mind. We also proudly use these professional brands to serve you best: DoTerra essential oils and Lemongrass Spa Products

Hello, meet Joni, Licensed Massage Therapist/Owner! After graduating from the Skin and Bodywork Institute, Joni owned and operated Absolute Bodyworks in Grand Forks, ND for almost four years.

In 2005, she and her family moved to Fargo and, since then, she joined massage collegues in growing their practices. Joni feels honored to have worked with amazing wellness ladies at Elite Therapeutic Massage, Blonde Ambition Salon and Fit Elements, the women's only health club. In July of 2022, Joni's home based office was opened and currently operates her practice there.

Joni incorporates a dynamic protocol of several different massage techniques and bodywork in order for individuals to get ahead of their pain, not maintain their pain. Along side this, she is passionate about children and women's wellness specializing in the care for ladies of all ages. Joni strives to be an effective servant by using the avenue of massage therapy and cares deeply to meet client expectations of improving wellness.

Also, last but no least, a message from Selah Suite's LlhasaPoo Therapy Butler:

Hello, I'm Teddy, your greeter upon every visit! I do like to talk quite a bit but don't be alarmed. I just make sure each lady is well looked after. I may be small but I'm a mighty Lhasa Poo with a sweet demeanor and if the need should arise, I just might keep you company during your session...quietly of course. It takes team work and I'm happy to be your host with the most!

Let's keep in touch,

Joni & Teddy
