I’m Sanerica Gipson, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach. My approach brings therapeutic bodywork and movement together to help clients experiencing pain, muscular tension, restricted mobility, stress, and recurring patterns of discomfort.

I take a thoughtful, condition-aware and trauma-informed approach to every session. Rather than using the same routine for every client, I consider what you are experiencing, how your body is moving, and what may be contributing to the patterns you feel. Sessions may incorporate therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, neuromuscular work, assisted stretching, cupping, kinesiology taping, mobility strategies, and corrective exercise principles according to your individual needs.

I especially enjoy working with people experiencing chronic muscular tension, headaches, postural strain, mobility limitations, repetitive-use discomfort, plantar and lower-extremity concerns, and stress-related tension.

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and actively involved in your care. I want you to leave your session with greater awareness of your body, improved ease of movement, and practical insight that supports your recovery beyond the massage table.
