What if massage could be so much more? Your pain is personal, and your bodywork should be, too. Feeling better is about more than relaxation.

I find it incredibly gratifying to help clients who have exhausted other options and nearly given up hope of finding relief. I draw upon more than 30 years of study and hands-on experience to customize each session to the individual and their particular needs.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 1993 and have had the privilege of helping clients in Door County with a wide variety of pain and soft tissue issues since 2001. My approach is not a one-size-fits-all massage. I listen carefully, assess each client's needs, and select the methods best suited to their situation.

My work incorporates advanced bodywork approaches, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, pain neutralization techniques, reflexology, and other therapeutic methods designed to help reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being.

Education is also an important part of what I do. I want my clients to better understand what may be contributing to their discomfort and what they can personally do to help themselves stay comfortable, active, and well.

EFFECTIVE January 1, 2026

RATES are: $60 - 1/2 hour $80 - 3/4 hour $100 - 1 hour

$125 - 1 1/4 hours $145 - 1 1/2 hours $175 - 2 hours

Customized sessions for each client include a structural assessment; evaluation of fascial restrictions and/or trigger points and administration of necessary treatments. This is followed with the application of an individually selected pure therapeutic grade essential oil and the appropriate massage techniques from over 2 dozen that I am certified to apply. I may incorporate a variety of different techniques into each session as I feel the need for them. In addition, I may use electrically powered tools such a percussion massage gun, gua-sha and cupping tools, Rapid Release, and Genie Rub massagers. There is never any additional charges for oils, techniques or technology used. No two massages will be exactly alike as each is customized to the individual at the time of service.

ON-SITE MASSAGE: There is an additional travel/ set up fee of $40 for services within the Sturgeon Bay area;   $55 North or South of Sturgeon Bay (up to 20 miles);   $65 (over 20 miles up to 40 miles)

Hours and Scheduling

I see clients BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!   Time scheduled will vary based upon the type of therapy desired:  therapeutic massage, pain neutralization, raindrop therapy, reflexology, or myofascial release (MFR).

Available times are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.. I make every effort to accommodate work schedules and offer noon as well as evening appointments.

EMERGENCY appointments may be available on Saturday or Sunday if necessary.

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.   If you fail to cancel your appointment on time or are a "no show" we may, at our discretion, require payment in advance for future sessions scheduled.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your massage therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
