About

I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2018, with a decade of clinical experience before that as an orthopedic physical therapist assistant. Some sessions are focused bodywork — deep tissue, myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment — for chronic pain or old injuries. Others are exactly what they sound like: a genuinely good, attentive massage to help you unwind. I tailor each session to what you actually need that day, not a set protocol. I see clients Mondays and Fridays inside Kinetic Sports Massage in Cookeville.

What to expect

Step into a quiet, one-on-one space where the only thing on the agenda is you. No rushing, no rigid script — just an unhurried session shaped around what your body actually needs that day, whether that's working out a knot that's been bothering you for weeks or simply giving yourself permission to slow down for an hour. You'll leave feeling looser, calmer, and genuinely cared for — not like you just checked a box on your to-do list.

If it's been a while since you've had a massage that actually listened to what you needed, this is a good place to start.
