Do you feel discouraged in doing the activities you used to enjoy because of how your body feels?  I help people with persistent or recurring discomfort that's getting in the way of doing the activities that give life meaning.  I connect well with people who enjoy outdoor activities...I'm a backpacker and gardener myself...and who are curious about the natural world, including their own bodies.

I've been licensed since 2004 and have had a great deal of education in clinical and rehabilitative massage.  I love helping people regain the joy of movement and develop more functional relationships with living in a body.  Please have a look at my website to see if we might be a good fit for each other.
