My work has evolved over the past 15 years and is a combination of Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Massage, and gentle Myofascial Release that helps to relax people from the inside out by releasing tension and tightness throughout the body. I also work on scar tissue to help the body reorganize and soften the tissue to minimize the restrictions that can occur after surgery or an injury as a result of the healing process.
