My specialty is working with people who have pain and dysfunction in their bodies, who haven't experienced lasting relief from traditional massage modalities and other pain relief approaches.

I use a blend of John Barnes Myofasical Release, Upledger's Craniosacral Therapy, Bioenergy techniques, and Neuromuscular Therapy to release pain patterns from my client's bodies. Clients remain clothed in a pair of loose-fitting shorts and a tank top, so that I can access the skin.  Oils and lotions are rarely used.  The techniques I employ are gentle and invite the body to heal itself.
