As a Certified Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Practitioner, and Pedorthicaly trained Footwear and Mattress Consultant I help clients find health in their sleep, daily life, and exercise.

For 12 years I’ve worked for 6 companies fitting and teaching how to fit shoes (fashion, health, and athletic), orthotics, and mattresses. Over the last 7+ years I’ve taken my clients out as a personal shopper to meet all of their needs. Since 2014 I’ve added my passion, Massage Therapy.

During a session with me, my clients experience a full gait analysis (10x more in depth than most shoe shops, 5x more in depth than the most mattress shops). With the information I gather from this I can:

· Identify a need for and choose the right massage modality 

· Work with clients on their sleeping position, walking form, and running form

· Fit and modify their shoes and orthotics

· Accommodate prosthetics

· Fit mattresses, pillows, bed wedges, and adjustable frames


My clients have experienced reduced injuries, reduced pain, increased recovery rate, increased endurance, their body in a healthier alignment and movement pattern, and how it feels to have a shoe, mattress, walking form, sleep position, running form, or their own bodies’ alignment accommodate injuries, illnesses and other pathologies.

Most shoe and mattress appointments range from 15 minutes to 2 hours, and average about 45 minutes. The fee for Footwear and Mattress Consultation is $1/min +tips. For clients who can’t afford the normal rate or just want discounted massage or consultations, referrals earn a free hour (I just ask for a tip as though your paying full price). 

Massage appointments can focus on relaxation or corrective work. They are done in 60 minute, 90 minute or 2 hour increments. I am happy to provide massage sessions past 2 hours that will continue until the job is done. 
The fee for Massage is $85/hour and a $1/min after that.

I am licensed by the CMTC as a Certified Massage Therapist practicing massage modalities including: Circulatory (Swedish Massage), Deep Tissue Sculpting Prenatal Massage Spa Techniques, Reflexology, Herbal Healing and Massage, Thai Massage, Therapeutic Stretching (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), Tui Na, Sports Massage and Adv. Circulatory Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Lomi Lomi, Neuro-Muscular Therapy, Structural Organization
· 1064 hours of massage school completed at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health
· 582 hours of footwear training and certifications including Pedorthy courses and 15 other certifications
· 20 hours of training on fitting mattresses
· Author of footwear retail training manuals
· 12 years of footwear retail experience, 2 years of mattress experience
· 8 years in store and regional training positions for footwear at Sport Chalet, Running World and Road Runner Sports
