Renee Anderson is a graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage. She has received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, as well as other therapeutic modalities. In addition to massage therapy, she is Reiki Practitioner and Personal Trainer.
Renee’s experience as a student athlete and her education in personal training have equipped her with the knowledge of how different muscle groups effect specific movements. She understands how to effectively incorporate range-of-motion techniques into massage, yielding comprehensive treatment solutions for her clients.
Renee's personal journey has led her to learn alternative healing methods. She has intergrated these practices to better care for herself, build confidence, connect to spirit and have an overall sense of well being. It is her goal to help others on their path to complete wellness.
