I have had a lifelong curiosity about the human condition, human nature, suffering and the relief of suffering. This has taken me through deep dives into yoga, meditation, sociology, psychotherapy, and bodywork. In creating my business, Heart Medicine mind/body therapies, I have finally arrived at a place where these varied exporations weave together in a whole-person healing practice. Mind, body, heart, and spirit are all listened and responded to. Our innate tendencies towards wholeness, equilibrium, learning, and growth are nourished and stimulated.
