I am deeply committed to facilitating your transformation by creating a safe and nurturing environment where you can experience relaxation and healing. In my practice, I seamlessly integrate additional modalities such as Tui Na and Trigger Point work. I believe in the power of a multidimensional approach, tailored to the unique needs of each individual. By utilizing a variety of techniques, I can effectively address your concerns and optimize your wellness journey. 

In addition to my work as a massage therapist, I enjoyed a 30-year career as a professional dancer, yoga instructor, and dance instructor. I have witnessed firsthand the importance of physical well-being and its impact on overall vitality. I cultivated a keen awareness of body mechanics, alignment, range of motion, and posture, and I bring this knowledge into my massage practice.
