Laura Ziemba

Laura is a licensed massage therapist in Michigan. She has be practicing Reiki since 1986 and teaching Reiki since 1999. In

2003 she began studying Craniosacral therapy and continues her studies with the Upledger Institute. Her love of helping people optimize their health and wellbeing led her to massage school, she graduated in 2005 from Michigan School of Myomassology. Most recently she began offering John Barnes Myofascial Release.

Laura is passionate about healthy diet, nutrition and holistic health and lifestyle. She has explored many paths to healing the body and soul.

Our bodies are the vehicle that carries us through this life. Giving ourselves time to maintain them through bodywork helps promote a sense of wellbeing and balance that connects us to our center.

Laura's work is intuitive and heart centered assisting clients to unwind and release tension both physical and emotional. Each session is tailored to her clients needs and comfort level offering massage that is both relaxing nd deeply releasing of tension and stress. Craniosacral therapy or Reiki can be blended into a massage. She uses trigger point therapy and Myofascial release to help her clients restore range of motion and to quiet pain and discomfort.
