With almost 20 years of experience, Sophia "Phe" Harp offers a sophisticated blend of clinical science and intuitive healing stemming from her trainings as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Usui Reiki Practitioner and also her continued education leading to a Bachelor’s degree of Specialized Studies in Pre-Medicine, Human Biology, Plant Biology, and Chemistry. While her academic path originally pointed toward Naturopathic medical school, her heart led her home to the Yampa Valley in 2013 where she has since dedicated her passion for healing her community and all of those who come to visit.

Sophia’s practice is rooted in the belief that true healing happens at the intersection of mind, body, and spirit.
By combining rigorous therapeutic training with a deep understanding of energetic bodywork, she strives to help clients reconnect with their physical selves and unlock their natural capacity for recovery and overall well-being.
Whether she is working with athletes, dancers, outdoor enthusiasts or those seeking quiet restoration, Sophia’s passion lies in empowering others to understand and heal their own bodies.
When she isn't in her studio, you can find Sophia embracing the Steamboat lifestyle—biking, camping, dancing, gardening, relaxing by a fire or cooking up something tasty in her kitchen.
