Phe's Therapies : Massage, Bodywork & Reiki

Phe's Therapies is owned and operated by Sophia (aka Phe) who has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008, and holds a Bachelor's of Specialized Studies in Pre-medicine, Human biology, Plant biology, and Chemistry.

After completion of her studies, she found herself no longer wanting to attend Naturopathic medical school, and instead found the urge to move back to a place she had always loved, the Yampa Valley. She became a Licensed Massage Therapist in the beautiful state of Colorado in 2014, and has found a home with fellow bodyworkers, dancers, yogis, snow worshipers, river lovers, and all the in betweens ever since.

Her focus has always been reconnection of the various aspects of self; mind, body, and spirit, but not forgetting science plays a role in health and healing as well. She is clinically and therapeutically trained, but always loves the intuitive and energetic aspects of bodywork as well. Helping others become aware of their bodies and helping them heal themselves is her passion.

Outside of massage, bodywork and Reiki, she is a dancer of many styles including fire dance, hula hoop, and various prop manipulation. She also enjoys getting dirty in the garden, cooking up a meal, attacking mountain sides on her favorite trails, and spending time with her dog, partner Karl, and her family and friends.
