I have been doing massage on an intuitive level from the time I was 10. It has always come naturally to me. When I began formal training, I knew this was what I wanted to focus my life around. I have a great knowledge of physiology and corrective techniques. My massages usually incorporate relaxing techniques along with various therapeutic modalities to allow for maximum healing. I am best known for deeper therapeutic and restorative bodywork but I have refined skills in relaxation and stress reduction as well.
Over the years I have developed my own unique style I call "Muscle Tracing". While I "trace" over your muscle tissue I massage the muscle while using my highly developed palpation skills to feel for congested tissue and myofascial adhesions. When issues in the tissue are found, they are addressed using the appropriate modality then move on to continue this process throughout the rest of the body.
