I believe massage can help with so many different types of problems, whether it's just soreness or maybe even something more. I specialize in Table Thai Yoga Massage and Pain Management Massage, both of these modalities are great for people with limited movement or increased pain with movement.

Table Thai Yoga Massage, a massage that consists of compression and stretching of the entire body to increase flexibility & range of motion, restore muscle balance, and relieve common aches.

Pain Management Massage involves therapeutic assessment, manipulation and movement of soft tissue to reduce pain and dysfunction. Helps to reduce muscle spasms caused by joint pain.

I have been practicing Massage Therapy since 1997. I am an Independent Provider that shares an office building with a group of other Therapist within the business "The Body Shoppe."
