About Me:
I graduated from The Institute of Massage Therapies in 2013, which led me to embark on the journey of self-discovery and self-healing, eventually leading me to become an Advanced Restorative Reiki Practitioner in 2016. Ever since, I have been integrating therapeutic massage and Reiki to offer all-encompassing mind-body-spirit healing experiences. I strive to provide you with an effective therapeutic massage that addresses any postural distortions or biochemical dysfunctions through myofascial release techniques, trigger point therapy, and energy work. I take tremendous pride in creating a safe space for any and everybody to heal- I welcome you to come as you are.
