Lexanne Jarosz

For much of my life, I have worked in some capacity of healthcare and wellness. I am obsessed with the human body. The way people think, do, feel, the way the body system works as an intricate and sacred whole. I’ve spent more than half my life learning about the many aspects, a large portion has focused on death, dying, and grief as I grew up in the deathcare industry. This led me to becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Death Doula after working in traditional medical settings for many years. I have woven all that I have experienced and learned into what I offer my clients, from both a professional and personal perspective. In January 2025, I experienced what some may call a near death experience and some may call an awakening, but either way I was standing looking from the edge of a threshold with a world of change on the other side no matter which direction my soul took. It wasn’t a quiet invitation from Source—it was a firm insistence to answer the call. This call was to refocus and recalibrate my life in every aspect, but especially in health after feeling like traditional medicine failed me. Leaving behind parts of me that no longer fit and expand my horizons into what truly aligned with my experience. In September of 2025, I made the leap to enroll into the Nutritional Therapy Association's Practitioner’s program. Deepening my knowledge of how to Nourish the body from the inside out with appreciation of nutrient dense foods.

I’ve carried many versions of myself through many seasons. Most have included embracing and immersing in the focus of body, mind, and spiritual practices. Why is this important? Because it means, I am showing up to you with much experience, wisdom, and knowledge. I've walked many paths that lead me to this one as I present to you today. Able to relate and be humble in the understanding that I may not have walked the exact path as you but I have walked a parallel one that reminds me of our shared humanity and ready to help you along your journey without judgment, able to meet you where you are at. Teaching you how to replenish your body and reawaken your well being. In this profound experience of life, I have found that I live for connection- with people, with the land, with source, with the life the Creator breathed into all of it. I share the love of Yeshua, Mary Magdalene, and my ancestors through meals, through service, through purposeful touch and empathetic listening, thoughtful words, but also through the way I cook, eat, and give of myself and to others—intentionally and with care.
