Over 18+ years of experience in Therapeutic deep tissue massage and migraine relief therapy.

I entered into massage therapy to help others alleviate pain in muscles and help to ease migraines using a holistic appoach vs. prescription drugs. I've suffered with migraines and tendonitis for years and know first hand the debilitating pain associated with it. My goal is to help others with chronic pain find a more natural approach to heal the pain associated with these conditions as well as sciatica, and back/neck/shoulder pain and tension. I've been working with clients for over 18 years who have suffered from back injuries, degenerative disc as well as post surgery to alleviate pain, speed recovery, and reduce scar tissue. I find it very rewarding to be able to help alleviate pain and soreness as well as helping to prevent injury to muscles through massage. I am continuously studying and researching various conditions to find new innovative ways to help my clients find relief from their pain. I think of myself as a life-long learner always interested in finding new methods and techniques to help my clients. Massage to me is not just a job but a passion of mine that I feel blessed to have as a natural born skill.

Better Than Basic Massage

$110 (60-75 Minutes)

You will be pampered with customized techniques tailored to your unique situation in this therapeutic session using deeper, firm pressure along with trigger point therapy, reflexology, stretches, some lymphatic drainage, and sports techniques incorporated into each session. Ultimate Massage

$135 (90 mins) / $170 (120 mins)

The Ultimate massage is a fully incorporated therapeutic massage session that includes a variety of stretches, trigger point therapy, and reflexology to help with pain management, tight or locked up areas, those stubborn knots and touches on lymphatic drainage areas as well as fascia tension release throughout the body along with some energy work to help free client of emotional blocks and stress related pain using qigong. As with all massages this is tailored to each individual client's unique situation and concentrates on targeted problem areas that need extra focus. There is ample time to relax, enjoy, and breathe deeply as you meditate and refresh your mind, body, and soul.

Migraine Relief Massage

This massage is offered for those suffering with migraine/tension headache only. The inclusion of aromatherapy using peppermint oil helps to further enhance the experience by releasing stress reducing endorphins in the brain helping reduce the pain. This massage focuses on the head, neck & shoulders.
