About
With nearly 20 years of experience as a massage therapist and a backgroung in yoga, my work is centered around helping people feel better in their bodies.
I blend therapeutic massage, yoga-based movement, and practical wellness support. I use yoga as a foundation for my fitness services because it helps build strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness, and confidence without making movement feel intimidating.
I'm not about extreme fitness, strict rules, or one-size-fits-all wellness. I like working with real people who have real stress, real aches and pains, and real lives.
I serve clients in both Northern Minnesota and the Fort Worth Texas area.
My goal is simple: help you feel better, move better, and take better care of yourself in a way that actually feels doable.
