MKB Massage!

What it is -

An opportunity to work on creating motion (get it moving), kinetics (keep it moving) and balance (going well) within your body. It is a focused time to work on the processes of healing from new or established trauma or injuries in a mutually respectful, collaborative manner.

What it isn't -

A typical massage session! With a focus on therapeutic approaches to find solutions for muscles and soft tissues in the body, we work to address the body issues at their root cause. Part of this process includes understanding any trauma or injuries, respecting the "no" and then figuring out appropriate solutions.

How do we do what we do -

Melissa earned an Associates Degree from Minnesota School of Business in 2012. She uses those techniques with additional training in Advanced Myofascial Therapies (AMT) in a blend together to provide targeted services in each individual session that depend on your needs on that day. A common blend is an integrated approach using techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue and Myofascial. We can also use stretching and KinesioTaping to further your results.
