Hello,  I am a massage therapist who solely practices Myofascial Release Therapy and I am a Somatic and Integrative Life Coach.  I live in San Luis Obispo California and practice out of an office on Pacific Street in SLO.  In my work, I emphasis the deep value of tuning into sensation in the body as way to not only improve the impact of body work but also as a way to enhance one's overall healing of emotional, physical and psychic trauma and stress.  Some clients just want to have bodywork and others want to use the bodywork to access the deeper emotional and physical restrictions held in their tissue - I meet my clients where they are and we explore the soma at the level the client wants.
