Most folks call me Sage or Sage, The Tea Lady.I am not your typical massage therapist. I am very intuitive and I use this to my advantage to create a unique custom tailored healing session for my clients. I hold space for those whom need it and you will always find a pot of tea and warm water for custom blended tea tailored just for you. You have time to breathe, sip a cup a tea, ask questions, get a feel for the space. Then, when your ready, we shall move forward into your session. 

I do "Breathers" for those who just happen to walk in. Meaning, as long as the "Session In Progress" sign isn't up and I am not busy, I will do a 5 to 15 min session. You wouldn't get the herbal foot soak or use the massage table. The benefit of this session is to promote relation, give you a moment to breathe and recenter yourself. Any pain relief that comes of this session may only last for the day, few days, maybe even a month in some cases. It's just a quick reboot for the mind, body, and spirit. 

If your not sure if this space and I are right for you and your needs, then just stop in or schedule a "get to know me" session. It is free and you get to enjoy a cup a tea in relaxing setting, get a "breather" session, and get to know my space, shop, and me. Best part is it's free. 

To fully benefit from this space and what I have to offer, it is best you schedule an appointment. If its your first time comin to see me, IF YOU CAN allow yourself 2 to 3 hours. If you can't spare that time it's ok, we can work with whatever time you can spare. The 2 to 3 hours just allows time to get the full benefit of everything this space and I have to offer. The More you come the shorter the sessions get and the more tailored they become. If You need to be else where and can't stay that long, please let me know so I may watch the time or set an alarm. 

My Credentials: **I studied Massage Therapy and graduated from Lexingtion Healing Arts Academy in Lexington, KY. My massage Therapy license is under my birth name Michelle Blair and the number is 244404. **I am gifted with Heilende Hande. This is an old ancestral trait that has been gifted through my family line and nurtured  when an Elder took notice. This is believed to be a gift from Great Spirit, Mother Nature whom also guides, nurtures, and teaches over ones lifetime. Heilende Hande is more than just energy work. It is healing that may or may not require touch. It is energy work, reflexology, massage, and more rolled into one. The Rythm or fluidness is controlled by the recipients energy. Along with the guidance of Mother Nature, the giver listens with more than just their ears, meet the recipient where they are on their healing journey This allows me to offer a healing space open to all. **The Herbalist side of me. I am an intuitive herbalist and my skills and knowledge is passed down and just known. This again has to do with my connection with Mother Nature. Currently, herbalism is not considered a recongnized health care modality in Kentucky or anywhere in the country for that matter. As such, there is no state or national licensing for herbal practioners.
