About
My goal is to help improve/promote health and wellness through massage therapy. Massage involves manipulation of the soft tissue - skin and muscles - to help alleviate and sometimes prevent pain, discomfort and muscle spasm, and to help relieve stress and provide relaxation.
I am not a doctor, think of me as a bodywork mechanic.
Please note this is a wellness studio not a spa setting. We focus on relaxation, stress relief, pain management, sports injury & recovery, surgical scar tissue breakdown, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and therapeutic bodywork.
