My long service in the fitness industry has led me into the Massage Therapy world. I find the two are an important part of everyone's health. An  important part of my treatments is my after-care plans. Post- Quarantine, my biggest request is for alleviating sciatic pain. So rather than just treat the issue I will also prescribe a treatment plan. Most people are willing to do a little extra work in order to stay out of pain. 

I cover a lot of different western modalities. Sometimes my treatments are a mix of things depending on what sort of outcome you are looking for.
