Meredith Condon

I'm a newly licensed massage therapist with a deep appreciation for how our bodies work.  I am a very active person who uses my body daily and is thankful for what it has made possible in my life. I believe wellness is simply a state of achieving balance between injury and healing, and that we are always readjusting what that means in our lives.

My training focused on the thorough assessment and treatment of people experiencing common conditions such as Thoracic Outlet, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel, and whiplash (to name a few). We documented sessions thoroughly in our school's clinically-focused practice. 

I feel most comfortable using a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and Muscle Energy Techniques to help treat the person on the table. I love the problem-solving that accompanies working with clients. I am excited to find work where I can learn from other therapists in a team setting, continue to develop my palpation skills, strive to actively involve the person on the table in the work, and keep pushing myself to grow as a therapist. I love the special kind of communication that occurs through touch and believe that we should all be so fortunate to receive it on a regular basis.
