Meaghan Freeby

Meaghan Freeby is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, neuro-muscular, and sports massage. Her balanced, holistic approach to wellness is inspired by her own healing journey, which began years ago with the simple act of meditation. She found that the five, small minutes put aside for herself everyday lead to big changes in her relationships with friends and family, as well as her relationship with herself. Her mission as a massage therapist is to provide a moment of self care that can hopefully create a chain of positive, healthy changes in her clients. Meaghan believes that because we are all connected, our well-being is a collaborative effort.
