I have been a licensed and insured since 2009. I was educated at the The California Healing Arts College (1,000 hour program) in many modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Oscillation, Shiatsu, Myofascial Release, and Jade Stone, but find that combining many modalities into a Swedish massage to be the most therapeutic and enjoyable for my clients. I use therapeutic grade essential oils for Aromatherapy and both hot and cold (Jade) stones.

Holding a Board Certification is the highest credential available in the massage profession and has served as the cornerstone of commitment to safe, ethical practice. I continuously attain additional education such as rotator cuff, infant massage, sciatic pain, etc.

In addition to offering massage out of my home studio, I have practiced at Embrace Healing and Wellness in Santa Monica, CA working for Dr. Dawn Yoshioka. Before establishing my own business, I worked at Poulin Chiropractic in the Herndon office working for Dr. Mike Poulin.

The human body has fascinated me since I was a kid. I have always had a desire to help people feel better and be more relaxed in their daily lives. Not only as a luxury but also for wellness, pain management, physical and mental stress reduction and because YOU and your body are worth it!

About me: A native New Yorker, my passion and opportunity for healing was fostered when I lived in Southern California. I enjoy yoga, the outdoors and animals. I worship food and love to cook, and am not one to shy away from a nice glass of wine from time to time.
