Hello, and Welcome!

The name of “Just What You Need” came to me one day when I was totally stressed at work and realized that a massage would be just what I needed.  I would immediately feel stress relief just by saying it because I knew that after the massage I would be relaxed and free from stress.

My philosophy is to listen to my client, then tailor each session to be what they need for that day.  This should help them obtain relief from stress and pain, and to find balance in their often hectic lives.   Each session may include a variety of modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Energy work, Aromatherapy, Thai Massage, and/or Reflexology.  This will be done in a professional, safe, relaxing environment.  I will utilize my knowledge and skills to best address your individual needs, thus providing” Just What You Need” in a massage session.

Your massage session will take place in a very relaxed setting.  This is a place where you can slow down, unwind, and enjoy your relaxing journey to better health.
