Hi ~ I'm Marie,

I delight in holding space for individuals to go within and settle into a place where they can allow the healing power of the body to activate and do it's magic. I began formal caretaking gigs at age 16, privately caring for disabled individuals in their homes as a PCA. I grew up in a health care based family, and from a young age, I was often helping to care for elderly relatives that came to recover after illness or injury in our home.

My formal Massage Therapy education began in 2011 at the Salter School Massage Therapy 900 hour program in Tewksbury, Mass. I recieved my Reiki 1 attunement from Sally Cook shortly following my graduation from school. I worked as a professional licensed massage therapist for 6 years in many settings before beginning my 200 hour yoga education in Yoga in Stoneham, Mass at Yoga Moves in 2017. In November 2018, I obtained a certification in Buti Yoga at the Cure Studio in Salisbury, Mass. I have been teaching small group classes since then. Throughout 2019, I attended the Ayurvedic Center of Vermont's Ayurvedic Integration Program, learning the foundations of this vast and fascinating holistic approach to health. Throughout the end of 2022 and most of 2023, I returned to attend ACV's 600 hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor Program. I recently passed the board exam through NAMACB, officially certifying me as an Ayurvedic Health Counselor. I love to use all the magical tools to help people come home to themselves more deeply. I've also been a student of Jyotisha, Ayurvedic Astrology, since beginning my Ayurveda education. Another mystical, yet scientifically accurate system to approach your life with great comprehension.
