A Yoga teacher my entire adult life, a Structural Yoga Therapist since 2002 (C-IAYT),  I have been learning and practicing Thai Yoga Massage in 2000. Addicted to learning, I have continue to train with great teachers in this area still study and practice Traditional Thai Medicine through the physical therapies lens (massage, scraping, cupping, herbal compresses, all based on elemental theory). Never done learning.

In 2013 I began studying Bowen, in conjunction with courses in Integral Anatomy (dissection lab)- and completed Bowen studies in 2015.

Integral Anatomy with Gel Hedley has taught me much about the human form which resulted in a deep curiosity about scar tissue, it's formation and the connections therein. With that said, I started learning about scar tissue release with Alastair McLoughlin- and now, in addition to practicing MSTR I am also on the international instructor team:  Learn the McLoughlin Scar Tissue Release . I offer video tutorials (6 NCBTMB) and One Day in person courses (7 NCBTMB)

My purpose in life is to help you find balance, peace and ease in your body/mind. Through hands on therapies or guided movement of Structural Yoga Therapy.
