I provide individualized therapeutic massage and bodywork with a focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and helping you move and function more comfortably. Each session is tailored to your current needs and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-informed. I listen to what you are experiencing, consider relevant health history and movement patterns, and pay attention to how your body responds. Treatment is adjusted accordingly rather than based on assumptions or a predetermined routine.

My work draws from orthopedic and therapeutic massage, myofascial and positional release, trigger point work, corrective exercise, and movement education. My additional training as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist and Registered Yoga Teacher gives me a broader perspective on movement and function.

My practice also includes serving Veterans referred for massage therapy through the VA Community Care Network.
