 Hello and welcome to my page! 

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist and a salon owner in Texas and Colorado for nearly 3 decades. I’ve recently updated my credentials, graduating (with honors) from the renowned Berkana  Institute of Massage Therapy. 

 My body work specialties include, Therapeutic Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Shiatsu and Ashiatsu, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Hot Rocks, Therapeutic Cupping, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Massage, and Rossiter.  Other spa services I offer include, Hair Design, Skin Care, Scalp Movements, Hydro Therapy sessions, Body Waxing, Manicures and Pedicures, and Reflexology. I am located in two convenient areas by appointment only. 8am- 1pm M,W,Th,F at Fort Collins Medical Massage, 126 W. Harvard Street Suite 5, 80525, OR 4-pm- 8pm MWTh, at 751 Sitka St. Suite 2, 80524.  All services listed are done personally by me, both locations have been described as warm, inviting and welcoming. I believe the body functions as a whole and therefore must be treated as a whole. When your body is stressed beyond its ability to cope, the result is pain, illness and suffering. My goal is to help reduce the impact  of stress as much as possible through massage, bodywork, and promotion of healthier living. It is my desire to improve the quality and balance of your life through the gift of touch with gratitude, Lennie.
